This website is operated by Grand Audio Design Ltd, trading under the ORFF CABLE brand.
These Terms apply when you browse this website or purchase products from it. Please read them with our Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy before placing an order.
If you purchase as a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory rights.
Purchases from authorised dealers or distributors
These Terms govern purchases made directly through this website. A purchase made from an authorised ORFF CABLE dealer, distributor or other retail location creates a sales contract with that seller and is subject to the seller’s terms, payment, delivery and returns arrangements.
For an order placed with a dealer or distributor, contact the original place of purchase first about cancellation, delivery, return, refund or a faulty product. This does not limit any statutory rights against the seller or any separate ORFF CABLE commercial warranty that applies.
Only sellers shown on our Dealers page, or confirmed in writing by ORFF CABLE, should be treated as authorised. Keep the original invoice or receipt as proof of the purchase date, product and seller.
Product information
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs and prices are accurate. Screen display, lighting and material batches may cause slight differences in colour or finish. This does not affect the legal requirement for goods to match their description, be of satisfactory quality and be fit for their reasonable purpose.
Compatibility may depend on the earphone, in-ear monitor, player, amplifier and connector specification. Check the selected connector and configuration before ordering and contact us if uncertain.
Prices and taxes
The price is the amount and currency shown at checkout. The product price, shipping charge and any taxes collected by us will be shown before payment.
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom are generally sent on a DAP / DDU basis. Customs duty, import VAT, clearance charges and other destination fees are not included unless checkout expressly states otherwise, and are payable by the customer.
If the website contains an obvious pricing or information error, we will contact you before accepting the order. You may continue using the correct information or cancel.
Placing an order and contract formation
An order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order; it does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
A sales contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation or otherwise expressly accept the order. Before acceptance, we may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable stock, an unauthorised payment, an unsupported address, suspected fraud or an obvious website error. Any amount already collected will be refunded.
Payment
Payment must be made using a method offered at checkout. Payments may be processed by Wix or a third-party payment provider and may be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method and that the billing and contact details are accurate.
Availability and limited products
Products are subject to availability. Limited-edition products are available only while stock lasts. Placing an item in the bag or beginning checkout does not reserve stock.
If a product becomes unavailable, we will contact you and provide a refund or another option that you choose to accept.
Delivery
In-stock orders are normally dispatched within 7–14 business days and are generally expected to arrive approximately 14–30 days after order confirmation. Actual delivery depends on destination, customs and courier operations.
We normally use DHL, UPS or FedEx, and all deliveries require a signature. Shipping charges vary by destination, weight and service and will be shown at checkout.
Risk and ownership
Risk passes in accordance with applicable law when the goods are delivered to you or your nominated recipient. Ownership passes after we receive all amounts due.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
Online consumers generally have 14 days after receiving goods to notify cancellation, followed by a further 14 days to return them, subject to statutory exceptions.
Selecting from the standard connector or configuration options offered on the website does not automatically make a product personalised or custom-made. Please follow our Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy.
Faulty or misdescribed goods
Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their reasonable purpose. Contact info@orffcable.co.uk if goods are faulty, incorrect or misdescribed. We will provide an appropriate repair, replacement, return or refund according to applicable law.
A commercial warranty is additional to, and does not replace or reduce, statutory rights. See our Warranty & Repairs Policy.
Our responsibility
We do not exclude or limit liability where the law does not permit this, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or mandatory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss that was not caused by our breach, was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or relates to your business use. The products are primarily supplied for personal use; contact us before purchasing for business use.
Intellectual property
The brand names, trademarks, logos, text, photographs, video, product designs and other website content are owned by or licensed to us. They may not be copied, modified, distributed, sold or used commercially without written permission.
Events outside our reasonable control
We will take reasonable steps to minimise delay caused by natural disaster, war, government action, customs delay, courier interruption, network or payment-system failure, industrial action or another event outside our reasonable control. This does not remove any right to cancel or seek another remedy under applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, operations or website functionality. The version applying to an order will normally be the version displayed when the order was placed, unless the law requires otherwise.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, any mandatory consumer protection in your home jurisdiction remains available.
