Earl combines a gold-plated 7N OCC copper core with silver-plated 5N LCOFC copper and gold-plated Litz silver-coated copper shielding. A Litz Type 2 conductor arrangement and coaxial 3D shielding preserve clarity, spatial depth and low-level information while developing a smoother, warmer tonal balance than Elizabeth.
